I did my undergraduate and master in Zhengzhou University and Chinese Academy of Sciences.
With the interests of membrane protein structural biology, I joined Dr Pliotas Lab in 2017.
Research interests
I will focus on mechanosensitive ion channels during my PhD study.
I am going to use cyro-EM to solve the structures of several interesting channels in different states and use electrophysiology method and molecular dynamic simulation to characterize their functions.
