Profile

I joined the University of Leeds as a Research technician in October 2016 in Elton Zeqiraj Lab.

I enjoy supporting principal investigators to start and build new laboratory from scratch.

I obtained my MSc from the University of Leeds in 2011 before undertaking a junior research technology position with Bioscreening Technology group (BSTG) at the Astbury Centre for Structural Molecular Biology, at the University of Leeds.

Alongside my own project, I provide technical support to various research projects with my expertise on molecular cloning, protein expression and purification from bacterial expression system and crystallisation trials.

I ensure the lab runs efficiently and smootly.

I also demonstrate and teach undergraduate project students and summer students in our lab.
