Dr Bede Constantinides

I completed a PhD in viral bioinformatics at the University of Manchester in 2017, and join O'Connell lab as a postdoctoral research fellow in computational molecular evolution. My current focus is the detection of signatures of selection within mammalian genomes to improve understanding of mammalian life history traits.
