Dr Daria Pastok
I joined the University of Leeds in September 2015. Between Spetember 2015 and December 2016 I was working as a Research Technician in Christine Foyer's group in the Centre of Plant Sciences. In December 2016 I joined Katie Field's group. Since then I have been working with her as a Research Technician.
I obtained my PhD from University of Liverpool in 2015.
- Laboratory Assistant

I am interested in the physiology, ecology and evolution of atmosphere-plant-rhizosphere interactions in both natural and agro-ecosystems. In Katie Field's lab we investigate the carbon and nutrient fluxes between plants, their root symbionts and the wider rhizosphere. I am also interested in many other areas of biology including zoology, animal beahviours, the ecology and evolution of host-symbiont and host-parasite interactions and forestry.
