Profile
I am a PHD student at Darren Tomlinson lab and focusing on studying the effect of Affimers- novel molecular recognition tools on RAS-RAF MAPK signalling pathway. I will using variety of techniques such as pulldowns, cell transfection assays, phage display to understand the effect of Affimers downstream of the MAPK signalling pathway in normal and cancer cell lines.
