Acting as operational link with academics, research support office and purchasing regarding equipment purchase notably 25k and above ensuring delivery and installation requirements are met. Provide input into research group meetings and management groups, on equipment related matters

Responsibility for asset verification, all aspects of maintenance and servicing for a wide range of biological research equipment including any formal tests required for H&S audit or insurance purposes.

Faculty Biological Safety Adviser advising on all aspects Biological Safety in the Faculty.
