Profile
I have a BSc in Neuroscience and a PhD from the Faculty of Biological Science at University of Leeds. I completed my PhD in the labs of Dr Rene Frank (https://sites.google.com/view/renefrankgroup/rené-frank-group) and Prof Sheena Radford (https://sheena-radford-lab.uk) investigating the in situ structures of amyloid pathology within Alzheimer’s disease brain tissues: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-024-07680-x
Research interests
I am currently a post-doctoral research fellow in the Frank and Radford groups using cryoET to further investigate amyloid pathologies in neurodegenerative diseases.
