Profile
I completed my undergraduate degree in BSc Psychology with Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience in 2021, and went on to take an MSc in Applied Neuropsychology, finishing in 2023. Previously, my work has focused on adults with ADHD and how this impacts sleep. I am now focusing on mental health outcomes for older adults.
Research interests
My research focuses on: Healthy ageing, physical health, mental health, green space effects, and habit formation.
