Leica THUNDER Imager EM Cryo CLEM
A Cryo-fluorescence widefield system dedicated to imaging specimens under cryogenic conditions. This is used in conjunction with Maps and Tomography software on Krios 2 to perform CLEM and precisely locate your region of interest for electron tomography. This system has a 50x/0.9 NA objective with 0.28 mm free working distance.
